Our Ingredients
We are lucky to live and work in a great part of Scotland, home to some fantastic food and drink suppliers who produce some mouth-wateringly delicious foodie goodies! With this in mind we try wherever possible to use locally sourced East Lothian products, but on the odd occasion that we can’t source what we need we shamelessly plunder from other fantastic Scottish suppliers!
